5 Apps I Use Daily as a Marketer and Business Owner

Welcome back to my blog! Today I wanted to talk about 5 of my favorite apps I use daily to help organize and make my job easier!

TaskBoard:

This app I can’t say enough good things about. This is a FREE organizational app where you can make different TaskBoards, assign deadlines, and connect to your Google Calendar. This app is great for individuals looking for organization to their daily and weekly tasks without paying for an app. Being able to connect this app to your Google Calendar makes it seamless to see your tasks and mark them off once you complete them!

Google Calendar:

Next app that I constantly open daily is my Google Calendar. You can book Zoom meetings through it, connect it to your phone, computer and more! In my opinion this calendar app works better than the apple calendar that comes with the Apple products because there are so many integrations you can use on it!

ColorZilla:

This one falls under the extension category but I don’t go a day without using it! With this extension you can color pick ANY color on a webpage. This comes in handy if you have used a great color in the past but you don’t remember the HEX code for it. If you are doing any sort of social posting I would recommend downloading this extension so you can have post with the correct colors.

Grammarly:

Ahhhh another one of my favorite extensions that I can’t live without! This extension reviews spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity, engagement, and delivery mistakes in English and is FREE with their base plan. This is an extension everyone needs if they are creating blogs, social posts and emailing clients daily!

Adobe Apps!!

This is one that is worth every penny. I typically use Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Illustrator daily. These apps make digital marketing and graphic design possible. Whether you are creating graphics, print marketing, logos or branded videos these apps are going to be your best friend to the end. If you are just starting with Adobe apps try their interactive tutorials!
